MSV values the importance of taking care of the quality, design, and preserving in each garment the essence that distinguishes them. For this constant training is required. 

In Mujeres Sembrando la Vida, we seek every day to innovate and create new designs. We are inspired by our ancestral culture as well as modern cultures. Everything depends on the requests of our customers and our own imagination.

To achieve this we all meet in small groups, from 2 to 3 hours a day. All of us contribute ideas to develop themes or technical data sheets that the clients give us as required for their design.

When the first embroidery sample comes out, the artisan who learned the design, brocades it in a backstrap loom. She is in charge of training the others, so that the quality and technique of the product is the same for the whole production. 

Thus in the Mujeres Sembrando la Vida life we are transmitting our craft practices of product development for a generation of future craftswomen while preserving our cultural roots.
