Our grandmas

Hello dear friends!

This month the library has had several different activities, such as the reading circle, story time and book loans to organizations and students in the community.

This time we want to share with you one of the activities that fills our hearts with great joy. This activity is without a doubt  "Story Time" with the grandmothers. For several years now, the Library staff has brought a moment of joy to some of the grandmothers in the community and this has had a significant impact on their lives.

One of the grandmothers shared with us that as soon as she wakes up she feels motivated to arrive early to enjoy story time. Perhaps for many this is just a time to listen to a story, but for her it is a special time because these activities make her instantly forget her worries and pains.

These stories make us feel very happy to be able to provide a time of warmth and joy to our grandmothers and at the same time motivate us to continue sharing with them the opportunity to share, laughter and enjoy a good story.
