Mujeres Sembrando la Vida (MSV): Friendship / trust in MSV

Mujeres Sembrando la vida have been working together for 21 years, in this time we have achieved good communication and built trust between us, which have been strengthening friendship and affection.

When we do our work as a team, we demonstrate and feel the trust that exists within the group of Women Sowing Life.

In the meetings we tell how we have been, what we feel, our problems, how our work has gone, what we still have to do, how we can help each other.

That is an activity that exists in the cooperative because there is that confidence to support each other, every day we learn from our failures, that motivates us to see these lively women looking for opportunities to get ahead with the family.

In the cooperative we also support each other in the buying and selling of corn and beans, not only in handicrafts.

When a woman says I have corn or beans for sale, we get notified and support the sale or within or outside the group

It is an opportunity because many times others give a more expensive price and within the cooperative we sell among  ourselves at a fair price, and we support each other as a family.

We have been working in this way, together. We collaborate and share the knowledge of each woman.

Sharing with the compañeras and having good communication is important within the Women Sembrando la Vida cooperative.

This has contributed to our growth, as human beings, as a cooperative and as a community, thank you women for your courage and determination.
