New Year´s greetings and best wishes to you and your beloveds!
This month marks the beginning of Natik's next 5-year Strategic Plan. Since your continuing support is central to our success, for this monthly update, I’d like to share the top-level goals for 2023-2027 . The list is a cryptic synopsis, but it is enough to give you an idea of where we are headed.
In honor of today being Friday the 13th, here is a list of our top 13 goals. 😊
Strengthen the capacity of partners to generate change in their communities.
Effective selection of partners in education, health, and economic sustainability.
Strengthen the voice and vision of partners within Natik.
Strengthen the capacity of partners for internal planning and evaluation.
Strengthen the capacity of partners to diversify their financing.
Foster partner relationships with local organizations.
Contribute to the education of a public better prepared to serve globally and locally, and generate positive changes in the hierarchies of power.
Establish Natik as a regional reference and bridge between actors interested in understanding contexts, and knowing local needs and strategies.
Cultivate global relationships for collaboration opportunities.
Create opportunities for inter-institutional collaboration for exchanges and training processes based on the learning of Natik and its partners.
Build a sustainable, resilient organization.
Increase Team, Board, Advisor, and Volunteer Professionalization.
Strengthen the organizational evaluation processes that contributes to decisions.
